With over 20 years’ experience in the tile and grout maintenance industry, when it comes to tile regrouting nobody does it better than Tile Rescue! Tile regrouting is a process used to completely transform the look of any old tiled area by removing the old worn out grout and replacing it with fresh new grout. Our customers can’t believe the transformation of their shower or bathroom when we’ve finished.
After years of scrubbing and using harsh cleaning products, grout wears out and becomes quite crumbly and porous, allowing mould to grow a lot easier. By carefully removing the old grout from around the tiles and regrouting tiles with a sanitised pure white grout, the results are simply amazing.
I am writing to thank Kristen of Tile Rescue on the Gold Coast for help with solving our problems with our bathroom in our investment property. The shower was leaking through the wall and the grout and silicone seals were discoloured and in some places mouldy. Kristen was punctual when coming to quote and clearly explained our options in tidying up our tired, leaking bathroom. Everything Kristen set out to do was completed with a very professional approach, including leaving the area clean and tidy. I highly recommend the services of Tile Rescue to anyone.
One of our most popular services is a bathroom makeover. This service simply transforms a tired and drab bathroom into a clean, fresh and sparkling bathroom. How do we do that? Firstly, we remove all the old mouldy silicone seals from around the shower screen, bath and vanity using our grout removing machine. Once the grout is removed, the tiles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure all mould spores and bacteria have been killed.
Next we regrout the tiles with a pure white sanitised grout with an inbuilt sealant which helps keep the new grout looking fresh. All the tiles are then hand polished. Finally, new pure white silicone seals are reapplied to the shower screen, bath, vanity etc. This process will make any shower and bathroom look brand new again. We can do the same with a kitchen splashbask too!
