I recently used Tile Rescue to regrout my kitchen floor tiles and clean and recolour the grout in the laundry floor tiles. Malcolm from Tile Rescue Lane Cove came to the unit to quote and provided great advice. My kitchen renovation company messed up and forgot to book in this work (which they said they would do), but Malcolm was very helpful in arranging for a colleague from the franchise to do the work on the dates it was needed. I'm very happy with the result, the kitchen floor tiles look great! Notably, the first company I rang from my google search only provides quotes on the phone, so they can't provide good advice without seeing the tiles and understanding your needs (e.g. matching the grout colour and discussing whether to use epoxy grout). If you are searching under google be aware that this other company trades under many names, which is so dodgy!

Malcolm explained in detail the process of de grouting, Waterproofing, re grouting sealing and cleaning the tiles. My ensuite main bathroom and kitchen look brand new and I could not be happier. Malcolm replaced the grout in our shower and fixed the leak about a month ago now and we are very happy with the work. Malcolm showed us where the leak was coming from & why it formed. He also explained how he would fix the problem and what products he would use. It was very helpful knowing all of that and the work he did was very professional. Would definitely hire Malcolm again in the future when needed.

Malcolm did a thorough job of regrouting my shower with the initial free quote happening in-person too. He used high quality epoxy grout and it comes with a supposed 7-year warranty - we'll see how it holds up in a decade!

Malcolm from Tile Rescue Lane Cove did a fantastic job of rescuing my outdoor tiles. The tiles were so stained and mouldy I couldn't believe how well they came up. Using a combination of special cleaning products and cleaning equipment, the sandstone tiles were cleaned without damaging them.
