Super happy with the results! I received five (5) other quotes for my shower regrouting and repairs, but ended up choosing Carpen from Tile Rescue for two key reasons:
1) He was recommended by another company who came out to quote but said the job wasn’t their area of expertise.
2) He actually came onsite to assess the work instead of guessing from photos.
Carpen is a genuinely great guy—professional, tidy, and really easy to communicate with.
What stood out most was his transparency. He walked me through the causes of the shower issues and even encouraged me to watch the progress as he worked.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Response from the owner:Thanks so much, Jamie! We’re so glad you chose Carpen for your shower regrouting and repairs. It’s great to hear how thorough and transparent he was throughout the whole job, and even better that you’re so happy with the result. We really appreciate the lovely recommendation!

Carpen discussed our requirements with us on-site, clearly explained the job, the materials he would be using and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I found Carpen very informative and knowledgeable. He rectified broken grout at the bottom of our stairs, cleaned and epoxy grouted the kitchen and hallway, and waterproofed the upstairs shower. It made the tiles that were laid 20 years ago look like they were laid yesterday.
Very happy with his work and will use him again when other areas of the house show signs of wear and tear.
